PgCTL is a highly selective program that has helped countless teachers move to the U.S. to teach in schools. To join, you must meet the following criteria:
2+ years* of full-time school teaching experience
Qualified in high-demand subjects like STEM or Special Education
Have a recognized teaching qualification
Proficiency in spoken English
Eagerness to upskill to meet U.S. classroom standards
*To join PgCTL, you only need to be currently teaching in a school. The 2+ years of teaching experience is mentioned as it aligns with the requirements for teaching abroad, particularly in the U.S.
